I've had a very, very sore back for 10 yrs, I've been in extreme pain, was moody, short tempered, miserable, I had suffered in silence, I couldn't sleep through the night.  I used neurofen plus and a cocktail of othe pain killers just so I could sleep. Initially i was very skeptical about chiropractors but the improvement since having Dr Ali look after my back has been unbelievable,

I am now much happier, I sleep through the night without pain killers, I no longer walk around crippled in pain, I get out of bed easier, sit for longer. I would highly recommend Dr Ali, he is gentle, understanding, professional, listens to my needs and is genuinely interested in my health.

I suffered numbness and tingling down my right arm after a car accident, saw my GP and was referred to several specialists to eventually get told sorry there is nothing they could do for me and that I would just have to live with the problem. Being quite young and into sports and athletics I wasn't prepared to settle on that, I then came across a friend who had great success with Chiropractic,  got in touch with Dr Ali, we looked at x-rays of my neck and could clearly see the area of injury of where the whiplash had misaligned my spine, at this stage I was getting really bad headaches and the numbness was becoming unbearable to a point where I could no longer work. Back and neck pain, moody, unhappy due to constant headaches.
